s 59 Application for review
(1) Any person may apply to the Director General within thirty days from the date the person has been notified of any decision made by an officer of customs for the review of the decision.
(2) Where an application has been made under subsection (1), the Director General shall make the review and notify the decision of the review to the person, where practicable, within sixty days from the date the application.
(3) No review may be made in any matter relating to compound.
(4) An application under subsection (1) shall be made in the prescribed form and manner.

Permohonan untuk kajian semula
(1) Mana-mana orang boleh memohon kepada Ketua Pengarah dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari tarikh orang itu diberitahu tentang apa-apa keputusan yang dibuat oleh pegawai kastam untuk kajian semula keputusan itu.
(2) Jika suatu permohonan telah dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1), Ketua Pengarah hendaklah membuat suatu kajian semula dan memberitahu keputusan kajian semula kepada orang itu, jika dapat dilaksanakan, dalam masa enam puluh hari dari tarikh permohonan.
(3) Tiada kajian semula boleh dibuat bagi apa-apa perkara yang berhubungan dengan kompaun.
(4) Permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat dalam bentuk dan cara yang ditetapkan.
