A registered society may terminate or be dissolved in any of the following ways: (a) upon the happening of any event declared by the rules to amount to termination of the society; (b) by the consent of three-fourths of the members of the society testified by their signatures to an instrument of dissolution; (c) by the Registrar cancelling the registration of the society under section 13 or dissolving it under section 37.
Pembubaran pertubuhan berdaftar
Sesuatu pertubuhan berdaftar boleh tamat atau dibubarkan mengikut mana-mana cara yang berikut: (a) apabila berlaku mana-mana peristiwa yang ditetapkan oleh kaedah-kaedahnya sebagai terjumlah kepada tamatnya pertubuhan itu; (b) dengan persetujuan tiga perempat daripada anggota pertubuhan itu yang dinyatakan melalui tandatangan mereka pada suatu surat cara pembubaran; (c) oleh Pendaftar yang membatalkan pendaftaran pertubuhan itu di bawah seksyen 13 atau membubarkannya di bawah seksyen 37.
