s 6 Secretary, officers and staff
The Minister shall appoint— (a) a Secretary to the Tribunal; and (b) such number of other officers and staff of the Tribunal as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Tribunal.

Setiausaha, pegawai dan kakitangan
Menteri hendaklah melantik— (a) seorang Setiausaha kepada Tribunal; dan (b) apa-apa bilangan pegawai dan kakitangan Tribunal lain sebagaimana yang perlu untuk menjalankan fungsi Tribunal.
