Malaysian Aviation Commission (Dissolution) Act 2024 s 10

s 10 Saving for order, etc.

Any order, exemption, notice, direction or decision made or given by the Commission under the Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 before the date of coming into operation of this Act shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, be deemed to have been made or given by the Authority under the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia Act 2017 until the expiry date of the order, exemption, notice, direction or decision and subject to the terms and conditions attached to the order, exemption, notice, direction or decision.

Kecualian bagi perintah, dsb.

Apa-apa perintah, pengecualian, notis, arahan atau keputusan yang dibuat atau diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta Suruhanjaya Penerbangan Malaysia 2015 sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah, pada tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, disifatkan telah dibuat atau diberikan oleh Pihak Berkuasa di bawah Akta Pihak Berkuasa Penerbangan Awam Malaysia 2017 sehingga tarikh habis tempoh perintah, pengecualian, notis, arahan atau keputusan itu dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dikaitkan dengan perintah, pengecualian, notis, arahan atau keputusan itu.
