s 12 Continuance of proceedings
(1) Any proceedings or cause of action by or against the Commission pending or exists before the date of coming into operation of this Act may be continued or instituted by or against the Authority as the proceedings or cause of action might have been continued or instituted by or against the Commission if this Act had not been passed.
(2) Any appeal brought, or any leave to appeal applied for, on or after the date of coming into operation of this Act, against a decision given before the date of coming into operation of this Act in any legal proceedings in which the Commission was a party may be brought by or against the Authority as the appeal or leave of appeal might have been brought or applied by or against the Commission if this Act had not been passed.

Penerusan prosiding
(1) Apa-apa prosiding atau kausa tindakan oleh atau terhadap Suruhanjaya yang belum selesai atau yang wujud sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini boleh diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap Pihak Berkuasa sebagaimana prosiding atau kausa tindakan itu boleh diteruskan atau dimulakan oleh atau terhadap Suruhanjaya jika Akta ini tidak diluluskan.
(2) Apa-apa rayuan yang dibawa, atau apa-apa kebenaran untuk merayu yang dipohon, pada atau selepas tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, terhadap sesuatu keputusan yang diberikan sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini dalam mana-mana prosiding
undang-undang yang Suruhanjaya menjadi suatu pihak boleh dibawa oleh atau terhadap Pihak Berkuasa sebagaimana rayuan atau kebenaran untuk merayu itu boleh dibawa atau dimohon oleh atau terhadap Suruhanjaya jika Akta ini tidak diluluskan.
