s 27 Commission may issue written instruction to make content accessible
Notwithstanding any provision of this Act, if it comes to the knowledge of the Commission that the licensed applications service provider or licensed content applications service provider has made any content available on its service inaccessible, the Commission may, in the interest of the public, issue a written instruction to the licensed applications service provider or licensed content applications service provider requiring the licensed applications service provider or licensed content applications service provider to make the content accessible again on its service to all users within the period as may be specified in the written instruction.

Suruhanjaya boleh mengeluarkan suruhan bertulis untuk menjadikan kandungan dapat diakses
Walau apa pun apa-apa peruntukan Akta ini, jika sampai kepada pengetahuan Suruhanjaya bahawa pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi berlesen atau pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi kandungan berlesen telah menjadikan apa-apa kandungan dalam perkhidmatannya tidak dapat diakses, Suruhanjaya boleh, demi kepentingan awam, mengeluarkan suatu suruhan bertulis kepada pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi berlesen atau pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi kandungan berlesen itu yang menghendaki pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi berlesen atau pemberi perkhidmatan aplikasi kandungan berlesen itu menjadikan kandungan itu dapat diakses semula dalam perkhidmatannya oleh semua pengguna dalam tempoh sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam suruhan bertulis itu.
