s 68 Jurisdiction to try offence

Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Sessions Court shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act.

Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang bertentangan, Mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
