s 67 Relinquishing part of claim
A plaintiff may relinquish any portion of his claim in order to bring the action or suit within the jurisdiction of the Sessions Court, but he shall not afterwards sue in respect of the portion so relinquished.

Pelepasan sebahagian daripada tuntutan
Plaintif boleh melepaskan apa-apa bahagian daripada tuntutannya untuk membawa tindakan atau guaman itu dalam bidang kuasa Mahkamah Sesyen tetapi dia tidak boleh kemudiannya membawa guaman berkenaan dengan bahagian yang telah dilepaskan itu.
