Rayuan sivil daripada Mahkamah Penghulu
Majistret Kelas Pertama hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk mendengar dan memutuskan rayuan daripada apa-apa keputusan prosiding daripada jenis sivil bagi Mahkamah Penghulu yang terletak dalam had bidang kuasa tempatannya, dan boleh sesudah itu membuat apa-apa perintah yang difikirkannya patut dibuat tentang kos pendengaran dalam Mahkamah Penghulu dan kos mana-mana rayuan itu.
