s 14 Death of one of several executors, etc.
(1) Where representation has been granted to more than one executor or administrator, and one of them dies, the representation of the estate shall accrue to the surviving executors or, except in cases to which section 4 applies, administrator or administrators.
(2) On the death of an executor or administrator, administration may be granted in respect of any estate not fully administered, and in granting administration in any such case the Court shall be guided by the same rules as apply to original grants.

(1) Jika perwakilan telah diberikan kepada lebih daripada seorang wasi atau pentadbir, dan seorang daripada mereka mati, maka perwakilan harta pusaka itu hendaklah terakru kepada wasi-wasi menakat atau, kecuali dalam al-hal yang baginya seksyen 4 terpakai, kepada pentadbi tau pentadbir-pentadbir vang menaka
(2) Apabila seseorang wasi atau pentadbir mati, pentadbiran boleh diberikan berkenaan dengan mana-mana harta pusaka yang tidak ditadbirkan dengan sepenuhnya, dan pada memberikan pentadbiran dalam mana-mana hal sedemikian Mahkamah hendaklah berpandukan kaedahkaedah yang sama seperti yang terpakai bagi pemberianpemberian asal.
