s 15 Codicil propounded after probate

Where, after probate has been granted, a codicil of the will is propounded, separate probate may be granted of the codicil: Provided that where the codicil expressly or impliedly revokes the appointment of any executor to whom probate has been granted, the probate shall be revoked, and a new probate granted of the will and codicil together.

Jika, selepas probet diberikan, suatu kodisil bagi wasiat itu dikemukakan, maka probet yang berasingan boleh diberikan bagi kodisil itu: Dengan syarat bahawa jika kodisil itu membatalkan secara nyata atau tersirat perlantikan mana-mana wasi yang telah diberikan probet, maka probet itu hendaklah dibatalkan, dan suatu probet yang baru hendaklah diberikan bagi wasiat dan kodisil itu bersama.
