Disposition of proceeds.

Section 70

SEC. 70. Disposition of proceeds. - The proceeds of the special assessments and penalties thereon shall be applied exclusively to the purpose or purposes for which the assessments were levied. 'It-shall be the duty of the city treasurer to turn over to the National Treasury all collections made by him from special assessment levies for national public works purposes.
