Section 19

SEC. 19. Copies of city ordinances to be forwarded to the Provincial Board.—Within thirty-six hours after a session held by the Municipal Board, the secretary shall forward to the Provincial Board exact copies of the ordinances passed in said session. When an ordinance has not been approved by the Mayor within said period of time, the copy of the same shall be forwarded to the Provincial Board immediately after its approval, or in the case of an ordinance passed over the veto of the Mayor, immediately after said passage.
