Separability Clause.

Section 23

SEC. 23. Separability Clause.—The provisions of this Decree are hereby deemed separable. If any provision thereof be declared invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
