Financial Aid and Social Services to Needy Families.

Article 63

ART. 63. Financial Aid and Social Services to Needy Families. — Special financial or mental aid and social services shall be given to any needy family, to help it maintain the child or children in the home and prevent their placement elsewhere. The amount of such aid shall be determined by the Department of Social Welfare, taking into consideration, among other things, the self-employment of any of the family members and shall be paid from any funds available for the purpose.
