Commitment of Child.

Article 149

ART. 149. Commitment of Child. — It, after the hearing, the child is found to be dependent, abandoned, or neglected, an order shall be entered committing him to the care and custody of the Department of Social Welfare or any duly licensed child placement agency or individual.
