Allotments of internal revenue and other taxes.

Section 39

SEC. 39. Allotments of internal revenue and other taxes.— Of the internal revenue accruing to the National Treasury under the National Internal Revenue Code, and other taxes collected by the National Government, and allotted to the various provinces and municipalities, as well as the National aid for schools, the City of Basilan shall receive a share equal to what it would receive if it were a regularly organized province.
