Representative district-Voters of city.

Section 42

SEC. 42. Representative district-Voters of city.— Until otherwise provided by law, the City of Basilan shall continue as part of the Representative District for the city and Province of Zamboanga. The qualified voters of the City of Basilan shall be entitled to vote in the election for local elective officials of the city and for national elective officials.
