Distribution of funds and obligations between the City of Zamboanga and the City of Basilan.

Section 41

SEC. 41. Distribution of funds and obligations between the City of Zamboanga and the City of Basilan.—The funds and obligations to be assigned to the City of Zamboanga and the City of Basilan upon the establishment of the latter city shall be distributed equitably between the two cities, in such manner as the Auditor General may recommend and the President of the Philippines approve.
