Human Rights Violation.

Section 25

SEC. 25. Human Rights Violation. - Benefits under this Act may be withheld if the Commission on Human Rights shall certify to the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines that the veteran concerned has been found guilty by final judgment of a gross human rights violation while in the service. This factor shall not be considered taken against his next of kin.
