Appropriations.

Section 30

SEC. 30. Appropriations. - The amount of One billion two hundred ninety-eight million pesos (P1,298,000,000 . 00) is hereby appropriated to carry out the initial implementation of this Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its continued implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
