Section 33

SEC. 33. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) JOVITO R. SALONGA (Sgd.) RAMON V. MITRA President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 25553 and Senate Bill No. 1450 was finally passed by both the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 4, 1990.
