s 22 Dangerous riding of bicycles, etc., on public paths
22.—(1) Subject to this Act, an individual must not —(a)
ride a bicycle, a PAB or a personal mobility device;
(b)
drive or ride a mobility vehicle; or[Act 5 of 2026 wef 04/05/2026]
(c)
drive a mechanised sweeper,
on any public path recklessly, or in a manner which is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances of the case.

(2) An individual who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[9/2020]
