s 22 Dangerous riding of bicycles, etc., on public paths
22.—(1) Subject to this Act, an individual must not —(a) ride a bicycle, a PAB or a personal mobility device; (b) drive or ride a mobility vehicle; or[Act 5 of 2026 wef 04/05/2026] (c) drive a mechanised sweeper, on any public path recklessly, or in a manner which is dangerous to the public, having regard to all the circumstances of the case. [38/2018; 9/2020] (2) An individual who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[9/2020]
