s 28C Registration marks
28C.—(1) Registration of registrable personal mobility devices, and transfer of such registration, may be applied for, and granted or refused by the Authority, only in accordance with the regulations.[38/2018]
(2) On registering a registrable personal mobility device, the Authority must —(a)
assign a registration code to the registrable personal mobility device so registered; and
(b)
issue to the registered responsible person for the registrable personal mobility device a registration mark indicating the registration code.[38/2018; 9/2020]
