s 28H Purpose of this Part
28H. The purpose of this Part is to provide for the registration of mobility vehicles —(a)
to enable the use of mobility vehicles on public paths to be regulated for reasons of safety and law enforcement; and
(b)
to provide a method of establishing the identity of each mobility vehicle which is used on a public path and of the person who is responsible for it.[Act 5 of 2026 wef 04/05/2026]
