s 28J Registration marks
28J.—(1) Registration of registrable mobility vehicles, and transfer of such registration, may be applied for, and granted or refused by the Authority, only in accordance with the regulations.
(2) On registering a registrable mobility vehicle, the Authority must —(a)
assign a registration code to the registrable mobility vehicle so registered; and
(b)
issue to the registered responsible person for the registrable mobility vehicle a registration mark indicating the registration code.[Act 5 of 2026 wef 04/05/2026]
