s 28M Registrable MV register as evidence
28M.—(1) A certificate signed or purporting to be signed by an authorised officer and stating that —(a) a mobility vehicle described or specified in the certificate was or was not registered at a specified time; or (b) any other particulars or information was recorded in the registrable MV register at a specified time, is admissible in any legal proceedings and is prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate. (2) However, the registrable MV register does not provide evidence of title to any registrable mobility vehicle.[Act 5 of 2026 wef 04/05/2026]
