ข้อ ๑๔ การออกแบบ การก่อสร้าง และการติดตั้งแท่นประกอบการขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน API-RP-2A-WSD (American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice 2A-WSD Planning, Designing, and Constructing Fixed Offshore Platforms - Working Stress Design) หรือ AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) หรือ AWS D 1.1 (American Welding Society Structural Welding Code - Steel) หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
