An offence under either of the following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000— (a) section 59 (inciting terrorism overseas: England and Wales), other than an offence which is an offence by virtue of subsection (2)(c) of that section; (b) section 61 (inciting terrorism overseas: Scotland).
