(1) Section 29 does not apply to the provision of a content service (within the meaning given by section 32(7) of the Communications Act 2003). (2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to the provision of an electronic communications network, electronic communications service or associated facility (each of which has the same meaning as in that Act).
