A consent to disclosure of information under any provision of this Schedule may be given in relation to— (a) a particular disclosure, or (b) disclosures made in circumstances specified or described in the consent.

In this Schedule— “ Commissioners ” means the Commissioners for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs; “ PCA 2002 ” means the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
