Action areas: prescribed period

The period prescribed for the purpose of section 12(8) and 36(7) (period for the commencement of comprehensive treatment of an action area) is a period of 10 years beginning with the date on which the relevant plan is first made available for inspection in accordance with section 13(2)(a) or 40(2)(a), as the case may be.
