Revocation and transitional arrangements

69

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Rules and the Order named in the first column of Schedule 5 are revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in the third column of that Schedule. (2) Schedule 4 (transitional provisions) shall have effect.
