These Regulations may be cited as the Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st November 2013.

Interpretation

In these Regulations “ the Act ” means the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 .
Scheme of the Regulations

The Act is amended in accordance with the provisions of Part 2 of these Regulations, subject to the savings and transitional provisions in Part 3 of these Regulations.
