Saving of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998

Notwithstanding the amendment of section 24 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 by article 2(1) and (2), the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety) (Employment of Young Persons) Regulations 1998 continue to apply in relation to all sea-going United Kingdom ships.
