Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Major Accident Hazards (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 13th July 2015.

(2) These Regulations extend to Great Britain.

Section 2 Amendment of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015

In the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015 , in regulation 2(1), in the definition of “local authority”, for paragraph (b)(v) substitute—

(v) an area in Scotland, the council for the local government area;
