(1) The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows. (2) In Part 1 of Schedule 3 omit the whole of Class 16. (3) In Part 2 of Schedule 3 omit the definitions of “electronic communications apparatus”; “electronic communications service”, “electronic communications code operator” and “telephone kiosk”.
