The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995
(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 is amended as follows. (2) In article 3— (a) in paragraph (10), for “2016”, substitute “ 2017 ” ; and (b) in paragraphs (10) and (11)— (i) for “regulation 4(8)” substitute “ regulation 5(11) ” ; (ii) for “regulation 6(6)” substitute “ regulation 7(6) ” ; and (iii) for “regulation 4(4)” substitute “ regulation 5(4) ” .
The Public Gas Transporter Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999
(1) The Public Gas Transporter Pipe-line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999 are amended as follows. (2) In regulation 2(1), for the definition of “the 2016 EIA Regulations” substitute— “ the 2017 Regulations ” means the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017; (3) In regulation 4(3)— (a) in sub-paragraph (b), for “regulation 6(6)” substitute “ regulation 7(6) ” ; and (b) for “2016” (in both places where it occurs) substitute “ 2017 ” .
The Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) (Wales) Regulations 2006
(1) The Planning (National Security Directions and Appointed Representatives) (Wales) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows. (2) In the definition of “ EIA application ” (“ cais Asesiad o'r Effaith Amgylcheddol ”) in regulation 6(8), for “2016”, substitute “ 2017 ” .
