s 80 Orders and regulations
(1) An order made by a Northern Ireland department under the preceding provisions of this Order (except Article 13(5) . . . , 28, . . . , 59(2) or 79(1) ), and regulations made under this Order ..., shall be subject to negative resolution. (2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to an order under Article 78 unless the order modifies an enactment. (3) An order under this Order may contain transitional provisions and savings.
