s 89 Appropriation of land held for planning purposes
Where any land acquired or appropriated by the Department for planning purposes is for the time being held by the Department for those purposes, the Department may appropriate the land for any purpose for which it is or may be authorised in any capacity to acquire land under any transferred provision.
