s 93 Supplementary provisions
Where the Department proposes to acquire land for planning purposes by means of a vesting order, the Department may disregard any objection to the proposed order which, in the opinion of the Department, amounts in substance to an objection to the provisions of the local development plan defining the proposed use of that or any other land.
