Regulations may provide for— (a) a jobseeker's allowance; (b) a contribution-based jobseeker's allowance; or (c) an income-based jobseeker's allowance, to be treated, for prescribed purposes of the Benefits Act, as a benefit, or a benefit of a prescribed description.
