s 127 Certificate of registration
(1) Where an authority registers a person under Article 118 it shall issue him with a certificate of registration. (2) The certificate shall specify— (a) the registered person's name and address; (b) in a case falling within Article 118(1)(b), the address or situation of the premises concerned; and (c) any requirements imposed under Article 125 or 126. (3) Where, due to a change of circumstances, any part of the certificate requires to be amended, the authority shall issue an amended certificate. (4) Where the authority is satisfied that the certificate has been lost or destroyed, the authority shall issue a copy, on payment by the registered person of such fee as may be determined by the Department.
