s 134 Exemptions and saving
(1) The provisions of this Part and of any regulations made under it shall not apply to a child detained in a training school. (2) The provisions of this Part are in addition to any statutory provision— (a) relating to the employment of children; or (b) for giving effect to any international convention regulating employment.
