s 15 Orders for financial relief with respect to children
(1) Schedule 1 (which makes provision in relation to financial relief for children) shall have effect. (2) The powers of a court of summary jurisdiction under Article 86 of the Magistrates' Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 to revoke, suspend, review, vary or discharge an order for the periodical payment of money and the power of the clerk of petty sessions to vary such an order shall not apply in relation to an order made under Schedule 1. (3) Schedule 1 is without prejudice to the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 .
