s 91 “Children's home” further defined
Para.(1)‐(3) rep. by 2003 NI 9 (4) Schedule 5 shall have effect for the purpose of setting out the circumstances in which a person may foster more than three children without being treated for the purposes of this Order and the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 as carrying on a children's home.
