Sch 6 para 3
Article 6 of the Family Law Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 (which enables trustees and personal representatives to distribute property without having ascertained that no person whose parents were not married to each other at the time of his birth, or who claims through such a person, is or may be entitled to an interest in the property) shall cease to have effect.
