s 15 Attendance of parent or guardian
Where a child is brought before a court in any proceedings against him or for any other reason— (a) his parent or guardian may be required to attend the court before which the case is heard or determined during all the stages of the proceedings; and (b) his parent or guardian shall be so required at any stage where the court thinks it desirable, unless the court is satisfied that it would be unreasonable to require his attendance.
