s 34 Fines
Notwithstanding anything contained in any statutory provision (including a provision of this Order), it shall not be lawful for a court of summary jurisdiction to impose a fine exceeding— (a) in the case of a child under the age of 14, level 1 on the standard scale; or (b) in the case of any other child, level 3 on the standard scale.
