s 30 Short title and commencement.
(1) This Act may be cited as the Nuclear Installations Act 1965. (2) This Act shall come into force on such day as Her Majesty may by Order in Council appoint; and a later day may be appointed for the purposes of section 17(5) than that appointed for the purposes of the other provisions of this Act.
